Chandler Macleod is recruiting for a 6 month full time temporary assignment with potential extension. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the safe registration and management of agricultural chemicals, supporting Australia's agricultural sector and environmental safety. Based in either Canberra or Armidale, the position involves evaluating scientific data and applying risk assessment principles to help make informed registration decisions.

We are seeking motivated graduates to express their interest in a full-time role based in Armidale or Canberra.
This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates who are keen to apply their technical knowledge in a professional, team‑based environment and contribute to evidence‑based work with real‑world impact.

Who we’re looking for Graduates with a degree in one of the following:

• Biology
• Agricultural or Horticultural Science
• Entomology
• Weed Science
• Pharmacology
• Toxicology
• Physiology

About you

• Recently completed  a relevant tertiary qualification
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• A genuine interest in applying science to practical challenges
