Chandler Macleod is seeking a Casual Recruitment Consultant to support our busy Hilton branch, working closely with a portfolio of industrial businesses. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands‑on recruitment experience or return to the workforce while working alongside an experienced team.
About the Role
Working closely with the Branch Manager, you will support end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including:
- Candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Managing onboarding and compliance requirements
- Maintaining candidate and client records
- Supporting day‑to‑day recruitment and workforce administration
- Providing a high level of service to candidates and clients
About You
- Previous recruitment, HR, or workforce coordination experience is advantageous
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident working with systems and databases
- Ability to work autonomously while supporting a fast‑paced branch environment
- A proactive and reliable team player
